Do you take insurance?

We do not accept private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. However, our treatments are generally far less expensive than most co-pays of an urgent care facility or an emergency room visit. In addition, many health plans and health savings accounts may reimburse for services on request, and we can provide you a form to submit to your health plan if you wish.

What is Nutritional IV Therapy?

When Vitamins, minerals, and amino acids are injected directly into the bloodstream through an IV. This method ALLOWS 100% OF THE NUTRIENTS TO BYPASS THE STOMACH AND GO DIRECTLY INTO THE BLOODSTREAM, assuring your hydration and nutritional needs are met.

Why choose IV Vitamin Therapy over taking oral vitamins?

Administering IV vitamins goes directly in your bloodstream targeting specific nutrients directly to where they are needed with maximum absorbability. Ingesting vitamins orally minimizes absorption and strength due to the acid in our stomachs making absorption as low as 5%.

Is it safe?

Yes. Vitamin Therapy was introduced in the 1950’s by Dr. John Meyers and has a long history of quality and safety. You will have a phone consult with one of our physicians who will ask about your medical history and allergies to make sure hydration therapy is appropriate for you. Once the consult is completed, our experienced nursing staff will administer the recommended therapy.

How long does it take?

Most of our drips take 20 to 40 minutes to administer.

Can I get a drip from my own home?

Yes, we are a mobile service and will come to you.

Is it painful?

Every individual has a different pain threshold so it is hard to tell. Most of us don’t love to be poked by a needle!  We do make it easier with a smaller needle and numbing cream, some say they barely feel the poke.

Who would this therapy benefit most?

People looking for their optimal health and preventative care short and long term.

Are there any side effects during the IV administration process?

There are rarely any side effects. You may taste a metallic or vitamin flavor in your mouth or feel a cooling sensation in your arm.  This is normal and just an effect the cool saline and the vitamins entering your system.

How often should I get Nutritional IV Therapy?

For the healthy individual a bi-monthly routine will keep up your hydration and nutrition.  For athletes who are in training and workout more than 4 times a week would need more to maintain and replenish their systems for optimal performance.  As part of your Doctor consult you will figure out what your specific needs are and how often this therapy would be beneficial for you.

What should I do after the treatment is done?

Go about your day as you normally would! Nutritional IV Therapy boosts your day giving you energy, hydration and nourishment.  We suggest to keep up on the hydration, eat healthy, exercise daily and get 8 hours of rest and rejuvenation.

Any Contraindications to this therapy?

People with any chronic health conditions should consult with your physician to see if this is the right therapy for you.
